With the upcoming TJC Sentinel Event changes for 2027 (now 31 events), have your organizations estimated how that will impact your volumes of RCA/ ACAs? Specifically, the new “regardless of the outcome” definitions (MRI, Patient Protection and Workplace Violence) have me curious how others are preparing for a possible influx of cause analysis work.
